Our Installation Process

• Consultation & Design - The process begins with a comprehensive consultation. We take the time to understand your vision, assess the project site's unique characteristics, and meticulously explore various paver options. Our selection includes brick, known for its classic charm and durability; concrete, offering versatility in design and color; natural stone, providing a unique, organic aesthetic; travertine, prized for its elegant, natural texture; and porcelain, celebrated for its modern, sleek finish and resistance to stains.
  
  Each material has distinct properties, allowing for diverse aesthetic and functional applications. We carefully consider the intended use of the paved area, be it a driveway, pool deck, patio, or walkway. The material selection reflects the desired look and the expected load, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
  
  
• Site Preparation - Proper site preparation is paramount for a stable and long-lasting installation. Excavation involves the removal of existing vegetation, topsoil, and any unsuitable materials, creating a level and clean surface. Grading establishes the correct slope for drainage, preventing water accumulation and potential damage.
  
  We calculate and implement the appropriate slope, ensuring efficient water runoff and preventing puddling. Base preparation involves compacting aggregate material, typically crushed stone or gravel. It provides a solid and stable foundation, preventing the pavers from shifting and settling over time.
  
  
• Paver Laying - This requires precision, skill, and attention to detail. We carefully install each one according to the approved design, ensuring consistent spacing, alignment, and levelness. We use a bedding layer of sand or fine gravel to create a perfectly level and uniform surface for the installation. They are then compacted using a plate compactor, firmly securing them and creating a cohesive, interlocking surface.
  
  The step ensures a uniform surface and minimizes movement, preventing unevenness and potential tripping hazards. We implement specific laying patterns, such as herringbone, running bond, or basketweave, depending on the client's preference and the project's architectural requirements.   Edging secures the perimeter of the paved area, preventing lateral movement of the pavers and maintaining a clean, defined edge. We sweep joint sand into the spaces between the features, locking them together, preventing weed growth, and creating a stable, interlocking surface.
